What to Bring to the Meet

Athletes, for each meet, arrive in your team suit. Athletes are responsible for bringing their own gear - chair, towels, music, goggles, snacks (protein bars, nuts, fruits), Gatorade, and LOTS of water!!! Coach recommends everyone to bring a gallon of water plus a water cooler/jug. Hydroflasks are great, but they don't hold enough water to meet your needs. Don't forget to focus on pre-hydration days before our competitions.
